Hey there, I’m Joyce, and I’m so happy you’re here!


I didn’t always live a “healthy lifestyle.” In fact, for years, I felt exhausted, stressed, and completely out of balance. Between work, family, and the never-ending to-do list, I put myself dead last—and I felt it. My energy was gone, my joints ached, and I knew something had to change.


At first, I did what most people do—I jumped on quick fixes, extreme diets, and exhausting workouts. But nothing stuck. I felt like I was either "all in" or completely failing.


And honestly? It was exhausting.


That’s when I had a lightbulb moment: what if wellness wasn’t about perfection, but about small, sustainable choices?


So I ditched the all-or-nothing mindset and started making changes I could actually stick with:


✨ Moving my body in ways I enjoyed.
✨ Managing stress without feeling guilty for taking a break.
✨ Hydrating (because turns out, I was basically a human raisin).
✨ Learning how to feel good without the pressure to be perfect.


And slowly but surely, it worked. I felt better, lighter, and more like myself again.


My husband, Mike, was a little skeptical at first (he still jokes about how I tried to get him to swap coffee for green tea—spoiler: he wasn’t a fan 😂).


But over time, he saw the difference, and now we’re in this together—figuring out how to live well without stress, guilt, or restriction.


That’s why I started Living Well with Joyce—to share what I’ve learned and help others find a balanced, realistic approach to health that actually fits their life.


No perfection, no overwhelm—just simple steps that make a real difference.
